About Treesha

Treesha’s passion for reflexology began in her early twenties, when curiosity led her to her first reflexology workshop. From the moment she approached the feet in this new way, she knew she had discovered something special—a calling she wanted to pursue further.

After studying in one of the most comprehensive reflexology programs offered in the U.S. at the time, taught by Larry Clemmons, a pioneer in reflexology, Treesha completed her reflexology certification in 2002 at the Wellness Massage and Training Institute in Woodridge, Illinois. She began her practice in Chicago and later joined Allyu Spa, where in 2010 she discovered another passion—teaching.

Since then, Treesha has taught classes in reflexology techniques to massage therapists, aestheticians, parents, and anyone curious about what reflexology is and how they, too, can learn to use it. In 2015, she became an NCBTMB-approved continuing education provider and continues to teach reflexology classes at Allyu Spa and throughout the United States.

At the heart of Treesha’s work is a belief in the importance of reconnecting the body with the earth beneath our feet. She is especially interested in how walking barefoot on the natural textures of the earth interrupts stress at a deep level and how reflexology can create noticeable shifts throughout the body.

Over more than two decades of working with clients, Treesha has witnessed changes that go well beyond relaxation—from decreased pain and greater freedom of movement to profound shifts in how people feel within their own bodies. Clients have reported changes ranging from digestive discomfort and joint pain to improved sleep quality and a deep sense of relief. Some have described their experience with reflexology as “life-changing.” These experiences continue to fuel Treesha’s curiosity about the body and her passion for this powerful form of bodywork.

Now based in South Florida, Treesha continues to practice, teach, and help expand awareness of reflexology. She serves on the Board of the Florida Association of Reflexologists and remains committed to strengthening and expanding the reflexology community.

Treesha’s expertise, passion, and desire to share her knowledge continue to grow. Her intention is simple: to help people feel better—with less pain, a sense of lightness and relief, and feeling shifted to a better space with a deeper connection to themselves and the world around them.

"It is such a good feeling when I can help someone feel better in such a short amount of time.  I want to teach anyone who wants to learn how they can help their friends and family.  It is a skill we can all know and use."
