WHAT TO EXPECT

Reflexology is a specialized thumb-and-finger technique applied to specific reflex areas of the feet.

During your session, you will remain fully clothed, with6 only your feet uncovered, while relaxing in a Lafuma zero gravity chair or on a massage table. No tools are used—just trained, therapeutic touch.

Sessions may be tailored to your available time and individual needs, whether you choose a focused 20-minute experience or a complete 60-minute session.
